Workout is a collection of guided fitness programs you can do anywhere, with nothing but a phone and a bit of floor space. Every program comes with a built-in timer that walks you through each move in order — a countdown, a spoken heads-up before the next exercise, and a chime at each transition — so you just press play and follow along.

Feature list
No equipment, ever. Every program in the app works with just your bodyweight — no gym, no weights, no chair required (even the seated routines just use whatever chair is already in the room).
Guided, not just timed. A spoken heads-up before each move and a chime at every transition mean you can close your eyes or look away from the screen and still know exactly what’s next.
Real, faithfully transcribed programs. Where a program is based on a real published source — the RCAF’s 5BX and XBX plans, the US Army Preparation Drill — it’s transcribed as faithfully to the original as we could manage, not loosely inspired by it.
Something for every day. Two-minute desk stretch breaks, beginner tai chi, classic bodyweight circuits, interval running plans, and high-intensity 7-minute workouts — pick whatever fits the next 10 minutes.
Picks up where you left off. The app remembers the program and level you last ran for each workout, and shows you when you last did it, so multi-week plans stay on track.
Dark mode, sound toggle, and vibration. Use it however suits the room you’re in.

Support
Workout is free, with no ads and no account required — nothing about how you use it is stored anywhere but your own device. If you get some use out of it, there’s an optional one-time “support the project” purchase in the app that goes straight toward keeping it maintained and growing.
